Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and improve software.
• Implement software with a focus on code optimization.
• Recommend improvements to software.
• Troubleshoot application issues.
• Work with development teams and service providers.
• Provide coaching to junior associates.
• Work independently on complex projects.
• Emphasize customer journey, quality, performance, and troubleshooting.
• Build, monitor, and maintain CI/CD pipeline automation.
• Take ownership of DevOps activities.
• Deploy updates and fixes.

Requirements:

• 6-8 years of Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and REST API experience.
• Experience with Jenkins, Git, Docker, CI/CD, NoSQL, RDBMS, and AWS.
• Strong knowledge of DevOps and tools like Spinnaker and Shell Scripting.
• Experience in Agile and Iterative methodologies.
• Experience as an SRE/DevOps Engineer managing DevOps activities on AWS.
• Proficiency in web-based solutions.
• Knowledge of architecture design, object-oriented design, and database architectures.
• Understanding of security concepts and networking.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to multi-task.

Hybrid Work Model: This role is categorized as Hybrid, requiring a minimum of three days a week in the office.
