Software Implementation Engineer

The Software Implementation Engineer (Executive Level) at Orion Marine Concepts, located in Gurugram (Sec-54), is responsible for deploying and integrating software solutions for clients. This full-time role involves ensuring technical solutions meet business requirements by collaborating with customers, project managers, and development teams to implement, configure, and customize software applications for optimal performance.

Responsibilities:

• Work with clients to understand their business and implementation objectives.
• Work closely with the development teams to integrate the platform.
• Provide documentation and end-user training for applications.
• Provide internal training to team to ensure proper handshake of knowledge transfer.
• Post development monitor and support ERP solution in ships.

Requirements:

• Experience: Fresher or 1 to 2 Years
• Excellent communication (Verbal and Written), interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Application support Knowledge
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook, Team Viewer Application etc.
• Knowledge of IT Terminology, SQL is an added advantage.
• Education: B.A/B. tech/BCA
