About the Job:

The Flex is seeking a skilled Software Engineer to join our dynamic, remote team. We're on a mission to transform the rental sector globally, building a platform that simplifies property management and enhances the renter experience. This role offers the opportunity to develop and maintain our digital infrastructure, from booking workflows to automated property operations. We are looking for A-players.

Responsibilities:

• Full-Stack Development: Design, build, and maintain scalable applications.
• Integrations: Develop and optimize APIs for third-party services.
• Automation & Scripting: Create tools to automate property management tasks.
• Deployment & Cloud Management: Manage cloud infrastructure.
• Problem-Solving & Debugging: Diagnose and resolve issues across the full stack.
• Collaboration & Communication: Work with operations and product teams.
• Code Quality & Best Practices: Maintain clean, scalable code.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Node.js, React, and AWS Cloud.
• Experience with serverless applications and cloud infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of API design and integrations.
• Familiarity with FastAPI, Python, and scripting (a plus).
• Knowledge of automation in operational systems (preferably in real estate, travel, or rentals).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Adaptability and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
