Software Engineer

The Microsoft 365 Copilot India team seeks motivated Software Engineers to lead planning, design, implementation, and shipping of crucial components for a strategic M365 project. Responsibilities

• Implement features within the overall architecture.
• Write automation, create test plans, and provide task estimates.
• Learn new areas quickly and adhere to quality and coding/design practices.
• Be self-driven, proactive, results-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement.
• Be exposed to agile methodologies, preferably on large-scale commercial products.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related with proven experience in C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python (or equivalent).
• Ability to grasp existing concepts, employ new techniques, and solve problems.
• Ability to design efficient algorithms/data structures and write clean code.
• Independently handle feature design and implementation.

Preferred:

• Master's Degree in Computer Science or related with proven experience in C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python (or Bachelor's plus 2+ years experience, or equivalent).
