Software Engineer - Front End

Allvue Systems, a leading provider of software solutions for the Private Capital and Credit markets, is seeking a Frontend Engineer with 5-7 years of experience to join the Portfolio Monitoring engineering team. The role involves building modular and scalable UIs for real-time portfolio insights, risk assessments, compliance checks, and performance dashboards. This Frontend Engineer will focus on developing responsive and modular UI components in React for portfolio dashboards, risk analysis, and compliance monitoring, consuming APIs, designing component libraries, and implementing state management solutions. The ideal candidate has expertise in React, experience building component libraries, and collaborates well with designers and product managers. Familiarity with AI coding tools like Cursor and GitHub Copilot is expected. The position is located in Pune, Maharashtra, India, and requires proficiency in English.

Responsibilities:

• Develop responsive and modular UI components in React for portfolio performance dashboards, risk analysis tools, and compliance monitoring.
• Consume APIs securely and efficiently.
• Design scalable component libraries.
• Implement state management solutions (Redux, Context API, or equivalents).
• Write automated tests using Jest, Cypress, or Playwright.
• Translate wireframes and financial visualizations into production-grade, user-friendly UIs.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools.

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of frontend engineering experience.
• Expertise in React.
• Experience building component libraries and scalable UI architectures.
• Strong understanding of REST API integration and data visualization.
• Proficiency in UI testing frameworks.
• Collaboration skills and a strong UX sensibility.

Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
