Software Engineer

We are seeking a Software Engineer I specializing in Identity and Access Management (IAM) to join our team in Bangalore, India. This role focuses on building and maintaining automation solutions to streamline user account lifecycles, authentication, and access requests. You will contribute to our IAM technology stack, focusing on automation and improvement of existing systems. Your responsibilities include supporting integrations, staying informed on IAM best practices, and collaborating within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Identity & Access automation tooling
• Support and implement improvements across the IAM technology stack.
• Support new and existing integrations with core Identity platforms and services (SailPoint IdentityNow & Okta)
• Stay abreast of IAM industry best practices and new solutions.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience developing and maintaining scripts, preferably in PowerShell, Python, or JavaScript.
• Experience in at least one other core web or scripting language.
• Thorough understanding of RESTful APIs.
• Understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture.
• Comfortable with DevOps principles.
• Hands-on experience writing SQL queries.
• Experience with Hashicorp stack (Terraform & Vault), Elastic Stack (Kibana & Elasticsearch), and Docker.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with IAM concepts and systems (e.g., Okta, Ping, Keycloak, SailPoint).
• Familiarity with IT and infrastructural systems (e.g. ServiceNow, Jira, Active Directory, GCP, Workday).
