Software Engineer

• Develop and maintain integrations using the Tibco suite (BW, Administrator, EMS, Business Connect, EDI messaging, SAP Adapter, Hawk).
• Provide operations support for high-performance Tibco integrations, preferably on Tibco 5.x.
• Manage B2B integrations and partner onboarding using protocols like EDI X12, EDIFACT, and EZComm.
• Possess a strong understanding of integration patterns.
• Experience with Agile & DevOps (Azure or similar).
• Knowledge of CI/CD processes using Azure DevOps and the Azure ecosystem.
• Work with data formats such as XML, JSON, and flat files.
• Collaborate with Information Security and Risk teams.
• Follow Agile, Scrum, and iterative development practices.
• Create and maintain solution documentation.
• Demonstrate excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Be willing to work shifts, weekends, and on-call.
• Adhere to SLAs for response and resolution.
