About the Role

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of applications across frontend, backend, and cloud infrastructure (AWS).
• Build and integrate AI/ML models into production-ready systems.
• Drive technical architecture decisions and align technology choices with business strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence the product roadmap.
• Ensure best practices in software engineering and security.
• Mentor junior engineers.
• Own technology strategy and innovation initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Minimum 6 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong expertise in React.js, Node.js, and AWS cloud services.
• Proven experience building AI/ML-driven applications.
• Solid understanding of system architecture, scalability and performance optimization.
• Proficiency in databases (SQL & NoSQL), APIs (REST/GraphQL), and microservices.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and a leadership mindset.
