Software Development Engineer 4
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, configuration, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, HR, or CSM modules.
- Facilitate workshops to gather business and technical requirements.
- Translate requirements into configuration and implementation strategies.
- Provide hands-on configuration support and coordination with development teams.
- Act as a trusted advisor to developers and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop user documentation and deliver end-user training.
- Possesses strong development experience in other programming languages such as Java, C++, and Python, demonstrating versatility and adaptability across different technology stacks
Required Experience:
- 6+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience, preferably in a consulting or client-facing role.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and ServiceNow best practices.
- Proven ability to manage project timelines and stakeholder expectations.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certification required (ITSM, HR, or CSM).
