Software Developer 3

The Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) team is seeking a Software Developer 3 in Bengaluru / Bangalore, India, to design, build, and operate large-scale, integrated cloud services within a multi-tenant cloud environment. This role involves designing and developing software, including automated test suites, for the Network Monitoring & Analytics Stack. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, working with a talented team to solve complex problems in distributed systems, data processing, and network monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop software solutions for the Network Monitoring & Analytics Stack.
• Build and maintain distributed systems for large-scale data handling.
• Specify, implement, and debug improvements to existing software architecture.
• Develop and maintain automated test suites.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship.
• Participate in an agile development environment.

Required Qualifications:

• 4-8 years of software development experience.
• 2+ years of experience in developing large-scale distributed services/applications.
• Proficiency with Java/Python/C++/Go and Object-Oriented programming.
• Excellent knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.

• Networking Management Technologies.

• Experience developing service-oriented systems.
• Exposure to Kafka, Prometheus, Spark, Airflow, Flink.
