Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Develop intuitive software aligned with customer and company needs.
• Collaborate with team members to establish best practices and client requirements.
• Maintain and update codes regularly.
• Analyze and test programs/products for flawless performance prior to launch.
• Troubleshoot coding issues efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Develop secure programs to monitor data sharing, enhancing work credibility.
• Identify and implement software improvements.
• Coach and train team members on software applications.

Requirements:

• B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech/M.S in Computer Science.
• Strong computer science fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
• 6+ years of object-oriented programming experience in Java.
• 6+ years of hands-on Java and Springboot service building experience.
• 5+ years of experience in system design, algorithms, and distributed systems.
• 5+ years of experience in highly scalable distributed applications and platform development.
• Hands-on experience in cloud-native Microservices Architecture with Docker, Kubernetes, etc.
• Hands-on experience in J2EE services/applications, Kafka, Apache Camel, RESTful Web-Services, Spring, Hibernate, Splunk, and Caching.
• Experience in system design and distributed systems.
• CI/CD development environments/tools: Git, Docker, Kubernetes.
• Exposure to SQL/NoSQL data stores like Cassandra, Elastic, Mongo, etc.
• Experience with large-scale distributed services, including scalability and fault tolerance.
• Exposure to cloud infrastructure, such as OpenStack, Azure, GCP, or AWS.
