iSkylar Technologies is seeking a Senior MERN Stack Developer in Jaipur to build and maintain full-stack web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. The role involves leading and mentoring junior developers while focusing on clean, efficient code.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications with MERN stack.
• Collaborate with teams on new features.
• Optimize applications for speed and scalability.
• Write reusable and efficient code.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications.
• Stay updated on web development trends.
• Mentor junior developers and review their code.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, third-party integrations, and microservices.
• Understanding of front-end technologies: React.js, Next.js, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Experience with Git.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with TypeScript, Next.js, or Redux.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
• Experience leading a small development team.
