Senior DevOps Engineer

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you'll work in an agile environment alongside application developers, deploying new application features to AWS hosted environments and contributing to our big data collection and analytics capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with engineers to design optimal cloud architectures.
• Design, build, and deploy AWS applications, including data processing and analytics.
• Design and maintain scalable, auto-scaling, and auto-healing systems.
• Troubleshoot and fix infrastructure issues.
• Implement monitoring tools and dashboards.
• Assist with CI/CD pipeline maintenance.
• Improve cloud solutions, incorporating infrastructure as code.
• Identify and resolve infrastructure vulnerabilities.
• Collaborate with security team to implement security policies.
• Build cross-functional partnerships.

Required Skills:

• 4+ years of DevOps experience building AWS cloud solutions.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform and Cloudformation.
• Strong experience with AWS services such as ECS, EC2, RDS, Cloudwatch, Systems Manager, Eventbridge, Elasticache, S3, and Lambda.
• Strong scripting experience with Bash and Python.
• Understanding of Full Stack development.
• Proficiency with GIT.
• Experience in container orchestration (Kubernetes).
• CI/CD pipeline implementation.
• Experience with data processing and analytics solutions.
• Exposure to ETL tools and presentation layer services.
• Knowledge of web services, API, and REST.
• Exposure to deploying applications and microservices in PHP and NodeJS.
• Ability to prioritize simplicity and embrace consensus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
