Senior Data Scientist

We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist in Bangalore to build and optimize our AI models for our voice AI platform. You will be instrumental in ensuring our AI can handle complex conversations while maintaining high accuracy and natural-sounding interactions.

Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end model development, including requirement gathering, algorithm design, implementation, and deployment.
• Develop models for conversational intelligence to handle hundreds of thousands of daily conversations accurately using natural language understanding.
• Stay current with NLP and speech technologies to implement innovative solutions.
• Design scalable machine learning infrastructure for continuous improvement based on conversation data.
• Identify and resolve model bottlenecks to ensure natural, real-time conversations.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a related field.
• Strong background in natural language processing (NLP) and conversational AI systems.
• Experience with speech recognition and text-to-speech technologies.
• Proficiency in Python and data science libraries (NumPy, Pandas, scikit-learn).
• Familiarity with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face).

AI and ML Skills:

• Experience in fine-tuning language models (LLMs).
• Expertise in analyzing conversational data and extracting insights.
• Knowledge of customer intelligence systems and building data-driven applications.
• Understanding of speech-to-text optimization.

Data Engineering and Analytics:

• Experience with large-scale data processing.
• Ability to design and implement data pipelines for continuous model improvement.
• Knowledge of feature engineering techniques.
• Experience with A/B testing methodologies.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools.
