Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain RPA bots for automating business processes using tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or open-source frameworks.
• Design and implement automated testing pipelines for software systems.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to build agentic systems utilizing LLMs (e.g., GPT) and API orchestration.
• Contribute to prompt engineering, tool chaining, and integrations with external systems (APIs, databases, UI layers).
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code for automation and test suites.
• Monitor and optimize automated systems for performance, reliability, and accuracy.
• Participate in design discussions, code reviews, and agile ceremonies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 Years of experience in software development, automation, or related areas.
• Strong programming skills in one or more languages (Python, JavaScript, Java, etc.).
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
• Exposure to test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, PyTest, Playwright).
• Familiarity with RPA tools or scripting automation workflows.
• Interest in AI-driven development (e.g., using LLMs, APIs, or agent-based frameworks).

Nice to Have:

• Experience or coursework in AI, NLP, or LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, LangChain).
• Basic understanding of prompt engineering or using AI APIs for automation.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools (CI/CD pipelines, Docker, GitHub Actions).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
