SDE III (Backend)

Responsibilities:

• Develop services and platforms for TI AI.
• Adhere to and contribute to TI AI's software development standards.
• Collaborate with product and tech teams to create efficient, maintainable, and unit-tested software.
• Work with product and business teams to understand customer needs and support TI AI growth.
• Lead the architecture and design of both new and existing systems.
• Guide product and design discussions.
• Mentor the team, fostering technical skill development.

Requirements:

• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a product-focused company.
• Solid understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• Ability to learn quickly.
• Proficiency in programming languages like Java, C#, or Golang.
• Experience with various data stores (key-value, relational, NoSQL) and queuing systems.
• A strong foundation in computer science and web development.
• Extensive experience in distributed systems architecture and design.
• Ability to provide and receive constructive feedback.
