Management Consultant – Process Reinvention

Accenture Strategy and Consulting is seeking passionate individuals to join their Process Reinvention Hub within the Global Network. As part of Accenture Strategy and Consulting, you will contribute to reimagining and transforming value chains by leveraging methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, Intelligent Automation, Agentic AI, Process Mining, and Business Process Design. Help organizations achieve better, faster, and more resilient enterprise-wide value chains through initiatives including:

• Leading process discovery and design sessions using AI copilots, process simulators, and agentic orchestration frameworks.
• Delivering process discovery and improvement projects through hybrid process mining, AI agents, and GenAI-based insights.
• Working with leading process mining and AI orchestration platforms (e.g., Celonis, Signavio, Power Automate Process Mining, ServiceNow, Appian).
• Designing and deploying autonomous process agents for continuous improvement in enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, ServiceNow, Coupa).
• Developing business requirements and AI prompt engineering logic for implementing technology solutions.
• Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of industry trends, SAP transformations, and new technologies.
• Creating agentic accelerators, AI-powered assets, and reusable process blueprints.
• Supporting asset and use case creation and enhancement.
• Bridging business, data science, and engineering teams to co-develop AI-powered process solutions.
• Contributing to business development and solving complex business problems.
• Implementing governance frameworks for AI/GenAI workflows, ensuring transparency, accountability, and ethical compliance.
• Partnering with change management teams to drive stakeholder alignment and adoption of new processes.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience with low-code/no-code or agentic orchestration platforms.

• Strong team management skills.
• MBA from a Tier 1 B-school is preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in process intelligence, process automation, and digital transformation (process mining, AI agents, or GenAI-based analytics).
• Hands-on experience with Process Mining tools (e.g., Celonis, Signavio).
• Certified expertise in functional value architecture for process discovery and mining tools.
• Experience conceptualizing and deploying agentic or AI-assisted workflows.
• Exposure to GenAI prompt design, model orchestration, or LLM-based insight generation is a strong plus.
• Experience with RPA, GenAI, AI, or multi-agent workflow orchestration is preferred.
• Understanding or experience with process mining in SAP transformations.
• Industry domain experience in Manufacturing, Consumer Goods & Retail, Life Sciences, Telecom, BFSI, Oil & Gas, Energy & Utilities, or High-Tech industries is desirable.
• Knowledge of data collection, cleansing, modeling, process discovery, analysis, and insights generation.
• Experience implementing governance frameworks for AI/GenAI workflows.
• Effective communication skills for explaining complex structures to diverse audiences.
