Accenture Strategy and Consulting: Management Consultant – Process Reinvention

Accenture Strategy and Consulting is seeking a Management Consultant focused on Process Reinvention to join their Global Network. This role offers the opportunity to transform how global enterprises operate by blending human ingenuity with digital intelligence in a collaborative, innovation-driven environment. As part of the Process Reinvention Hub, you will leverage methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, Intelligent Automation, Agentic AI, Process Mining, and Business Process Design to reimagine and transform client value chains.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead process discovery and design sessions using AI copilots, process simulators, and agentic orchestration frameworks to create adaptive, self-optimizing workflows.
• Deliver process discovery and improvement projects utilizing hybrid process mining, AI agents, and GenAI-based insights.
• Work with leading process mining and AI-based orchestration platforms including Celonis, Signavio, Power Automate Process Mining, ServiceNow, and Appian.
• Design and deploy autonomous process agents to interact with enterprise systems like SAP, ServiceNow, and Coupa for continuous improvement.
• Develop business requirements and AI prompt engineering logic for implementing technology solutions.
• Demonstrate deep knowledge of industry trends, SAP transformations, and emerging technologies.
• Contribute to the creation of agentic accelerators, AI-powered assets, and reusable process blueprints.
• Act as a liaison between business, data science, and engineering teams for co-developing AI-powered process solutions.
• Support business development initiatives and solve complex business problems.
• Implement governance frameworks for AI/GenAI workflows, ensuring transparency, accountability, and ethical compliance.
• Partner with change management teams to ensure stakeholder alignment and sustained adoption of new processes.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Strong analytical skills for methodical problem-solving.
• Experience with low-code/no-code or agentic orchestration platforms.
• Proven ability to solve complex business problems and achieve client satisfaction.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in data storytelling and communicating AI/automation impact to diverse audiences.

• Ability to lead cross-functional teams integrating data scientists, process analysts, and automation engineers.
• Strong team management skills.
• MBA from a Tier 1 B-school preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in process intelligence, process automation, and digital transformation (process mining, AI agents, or GenAI-based analytics).
• Hands-on experience with process mining tools such as Celonis or Signavio.
• Certified expertise in process discovery and mining tools (e.g., Celonis, Signavio, Power Automate Process Mining).
• Experience conceptualizing and deploying agentic or AI-assisted workflows. Exposure to GenAI prompt design, model orchestration, or LLM-based insight generation is a strong plus.
• Experience with RPA, GenAI, AI, or multi-agent workflow orchestration is preferred.
• Good understanding or experience of process mining within SAP transformations.
• Industry domain experience in Manufacturing, Consumer Goods & Retail, Life Sciences, Telecom, BFSI, Oil & Gas, Energy & Utilities, or High-Tech industries is desirable.
• Knowledge of data collection, cleansing, modeling, process discovery, and analysis.
• Experience implementing governance frameworks for AI/GenAI workflows.
• Effective communication skills for breaking down complex information for various stakeholders.
