Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-oriented Sales Team Lead with a strong background in the insurance industry. This role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Team Lead or Manager in sales. You will be responsible for leading and motivating a team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and mentor a sales team.
- Drive sales performance and achieve targets.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback.
- Develop and implement sales strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Team Lead or Manager in sales (documented experience required).
- Experience in the insurance industry is a plus.
Work Details:
- Shifts: 9 Hours, Day.
Salary Range: 5.5-6 Lacs PA
