Relationship Officer - Auto Loans (Bengaluru)

Axis Bank is hiring dynamic Relationship Officers to drive auto loan sales across Bengaluru, including Jayanagar, Whitefield, Marathahalli, and surrounding areas. This field-based role focuses on acquiring new customers, managing loan applications, and providing exceptional service throughout the lending lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify, generate, and follow up on new auto loan leads.
• Present and sell retail banking loan products to prospective customers.
• Travel extensively across urban and rural locations to meet clients and facilitate closures.
• Manage end-to-end loan application processing, including documentation and submission.
• Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients pre- and post-sales.

Requirements

• Education: Graduate degree holder.
• Experience: 0-5 years of sales experience (preferred).
• Skills: Excellent customer approach, strong local market knowledge, and sales drive.
• Preferences: Male candidates preferred; owning a two-wheeler is highly advantageous.
• Age Criteria: 18 to 42 years.
