[REMOTE/HCM] DevOps Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced DevOps Engineer to join our remote team. As a DevOps Engineer, you will be instrumental in bridging the gap between development and operations. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Leading the integration of DevOps methodologies across development and operations lifecycles.
• Designing and managing network resources to ensure system efficiency and stability, preventing service disruptions.
• Facilitating the rapid deployment of new product features while implementing measures to maintain system stability, availability, and performance.
• Developing and overseeing a comprehensive monitoring system and audit log management for all our services.
• Creating and maintaining scalable CI/CD pipelines to automate software delivery, enabling faster and more reliable releases.
• Monitoring and troubleshooting production environments, proactively identifying and resolving issues to uphold system performance.
• Participating in on-call rotations to address critical incidents and ensure system uptime.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in either infrastructure or software engineering.
• A strong understanding of cloud and on-premise infrastructure design and architecture.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Expertise in Kubernetes and proficiency in configuring and deploying Docker containers.
• Proficiency in configuring web servers and load balancers.
• Solid understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git) and proficiency in branching and merging best practices.
• Hands-on experience with scripting languages and configuration automation using Ansible.
• Familiarity with monitoring platforms like Prometheus and Alertmanager.
• Familiarity with log management systems such as ELK and Graylog.
• Experience deploying and managing databases including PostgreSQL, MySQL, and Cassandra.
• Proficiency in deploying and managing database clusters, along with DBA management experience.
• Background or substantial experience in software engineering, particularly backend development.
