About the Job

Turing is seeking experienced Remote Full-Stack Engineers to build AI-driven applications for U.S. clients. You'll work with Python and modern JS/TS to develop backend services, web frontends, and evaluation tools. This fully remote role offers flexible hours and a competitive hourly rate (up to $100/hr).

What You'll Do:

• Write Python and JS/TS code for AI workflows and full-stack web applications.
• Design and run model evaluations and document results.
• Build and maintain datasets for SFT/RLHF (Supervised Fine-Tuning/Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback).
• Contribute to code reviews, testing, and security improvements.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong skills in Python and modern JS/TS.
• Experience with Node.js or NestJS and a modern frontend framework (React, Angular, Vue).
• Knowledge of scalable application design with an emphasis on testing/TDD and security.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English within a global team.
