Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand project goals.
• Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable front-end applications with React.
• Ensure the performance and responsiveness of web and mobile applications.
• Conduct code reviews.
• Assist in designing and implementing custom design systems and reusable components.
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance bottlenecks.
• Write and maintain tests.
• Stay updated with industry trends.
• Collaborate on improving processes.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of front-end development experience, with a primary focus on React.
• Hands-on experience with TypeScript.
• Familiarity with React Native (a plus).
• Understanding of working with distributed systems.
• Proven ability to optimize application performance and scalability.
• Experience building and maintaining custom design systems.
• Familiarity with form libraries.
• Proficiency in testing frameworks.
• Strong communication skills with fluency in English.

Nice To Have

• Knowledge of deployment processes.
• Familiarity with integrating AI tools.
• Hands-on Kubernetes experience.
• Experience implementing accessibility features.
• Understanding of security and authorization best practices.
• Capability to implement performance and security testing practices.
