Python Developer (AI/ML)

Senior Python Developer - AI/ML at Arcitech in Turbhe, Navi Mumbai. Immediate joiners are required for a role offering a CTC of 6-12 LPA with 2-5 years of experience. This position involves developing intelligent, high-impact solutions that blend backend excellence with cutting-edge AI applications.

Responsibilities:

• Architect and build robust Python applications using Django/FastAPI.
• Develop APIs (REST & GraphQL), optimize databases, and implement caching.
• Design end-to-end AI/ML pipelines with PyTorch, TensorFlow, and LangChain.
• Integrate LLMs, embeddings, and vector databases (pgvector, Pinecone, etc.) for scalable AI workflows.
• Deploy and monitor ML models with MLflow, AWS SageMaker, Docker, and CI/CD.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to bring real-world AI solutions to life.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in Python (3.9+) development and AI/ML systems.
• Strong expertise in Django/FastAPI, SQL databases, Redis, and Celery.
• Hands-on with LLMs, LangChain, Hugging Face Transformers, and prompt engineering.
• Familiarity with pgvector, vector databases, and model deployment best practices.
• Knowledge of MLOps, AWS (SageMaker, Lambda), and secure coding principles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation.

Bonus Points:

• Experience with RLHF, LoRA fine-tuning, or model optimization.
• Exposure to Airflow, Terraform, or A/B testing frameworks.
• Open-source contributions or AI tech blogging.
