Product Engineer - Fullstack

About the Role: We are seeking a Fullstack Product Engineer to excel at the intersection of product, design, and engineering. You will be responsible for building end-to-end features that directly impact our customers, from ideation to deployment. Collaboration across frontend, backend, and deployment is key, working closely with product and design teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with core business teams to translate business requirements into working features.
• Develop and maintain web applications using ReactJS for the frontend and Python (Django) or Golang for the backend.
• Own features end-to-end: from database design, API development, UI/UX implementation to deployment.
• Apply best practices in UI/UX development for intuitive user experiences.
• Leverage modern AI-powered coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor) to accelerate development.
• Ensure code quality, scalability, and maintainability through clean coding, testing, and documentation.
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and cross-functional collaborations.
• Continuously explore and integrate new technologies to improve product and engineering workflows.

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in ReactJS (hooks, state management, component-driven design).
• Hands-on experience with Python (Django) and Golang for backend development.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, database systems (SQL/NoSQL), and cloud deployment (AWS).
• Familiarity with modern development tools, version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience using or experimenting with AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot).
• Ability to take ownership of features and deliver independently.
• Understanding of UX/UI best practices, accessibility, and responsive design.
• Strong problem-solving skills, product thinking, and a user-first mindset.
