Platform Architect - Requirements

10+ years of engineering experience, with at least 3+ years in Staff, Principal Engineer, or Architect roles.
Proven experience scaling distributed systems, backend architecture, and platform evolution within high-growth companies.
Deep understanding of cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP), containerization (Kubernetes), and infrastructure-as-code principles.
Demonstrated ability to influence and lead technical decisions across product and platform teams.
Strong understanding of systems thinking, including reliability, observability, security, and cross-domain integrations.
Experience in FinTech or regulated industries, handling sensitive data, and building compliant systems is highly valued.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills, capable of influencing technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Platform Architect - Good to Have

Experience in early-stage or high-growth product companies at scale.
Background in platform engineering, internal developer platforms, or SRE culture.
Hands-on experience with scalable data infrastructure such as Kafka, ClickHouse, PostgreSQL, Redis, or similar technologies.
Familiarity with domain-driven design (DDD), event-driven systems, and asynchronous communication patterns.
Open-source contributions, tech talks, or written content demonstrating thought leadership are a plus.
