We are seeking a Founding Mobile Engineer (React Native) to build ELMA for iOS & Android simultaneously. Key requirements involve leading the React Native app (Expo + TypeScript), building a component system, wiring secure APIs, and collaborating with the UI designer. The ideal candidate has experience with production RN apps, app releases, and a strong UI craft mindset. Experience with Node/Express, privacy-first data handling, and video/WebRTC is a plus.
