MERN Stack Developer

We are hiring a skilled MERN Stack Developer with 3-4 years of experience to join our engineering team in Kolkata. You will develop and maintain scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and developers to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full-Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain web applications using the MERN stack.
• API Design & Integration: Build and consume RESTful APIs with Node.js and Express.js; integrate third-party services.
• Frontend Engineering: Implement responsive UI components in React.js.
• Database Management: Model, query, and optimize MongoDB schemas.
• Code Quality & Testing: Write clean, modular code, and conduct testing.
• Collaboration & Documentation: Work closely with teams and document processes.
• Deployment & Scaling: Assist with CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments.
• Troubleshooting & Support: Diagnose and resolve production issues.

Required Qualifications:

* Experience: 3-4 years in MERN stack development.

Technical Skills:

• MongoDB: Schema design, aggregation pipelines, indexing.
• Express.js & Node.js: Server-side JavaScript, security, RESTful APIs.
• React.js: Component lifecycle, hooks, state management, and routing.
• JavaScript/TypeScript: ES6+ features, TypeScript familiarity.
• HTML/CSS: HTML5, CSS3, Flexbox/Grid.
• Version Control: Git.
• Testing: Unit testing frameworks.

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in agile/scrum environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• CI/CD tools.
• Web security principles.
• Exposure to GraphQL, Next.js, or other frameworks.
