Lead AI Engineer

As a Lead AI Engineer at OutSystems, you will play a crucial role in deploying cutting-edge AI across the entire application lifecycle. You'll collaborate with Research Scientists and AI Engineers to translate research innovations into production systems. This role is key in scaling the AI & Data Platform. Responsibilities include designing AI/ML systems, implementing OutSystems' AI platform, designing fault-tolerant systems, and leading the development of scalable data platforms. You will mentor other AI engineers and stay current with the latest AI/ML models. Qualifications include a Bachelor's/Master's degree in a related field, 8+ years of experience with 5+ years in AI/ML, experience with LLMs, and strong problem-solving skills.
