General Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High commitment, consistent, and responsible in completing work.
• Eager to learn, persistent, and adaptable to new technologies.
• Willing to work on-site (WFO).

Technical Qualifications:

• Understanding of OOP and MVC concepts.
• Proficiency in Java, Golang, or Python.
• Experience in API development (REST/JSON/XML) and AJAX/HTTP Client.
• Proficiency in DBMS PostgreSQL or MySQL, with a preference for complex query mastery and database optimization (select, join, aggregate, subquery, etc.).
• Familiarity with database management tools such as DBeaver, SQL Developer, pgAdmin, or similar.
• Understanding of middleware integration, API Gateway, or ESB is a plus (TIBCO, IBM, etc.).
• Understanding of basic version control (Git) and SDLC.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 is a plus.
