Implementation Engineer

As an Implementation Engineer at Tennr, you'll be instrumental in designing and delivering customized solutions for our clients. You'll collaborate closely with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to deploy, configure, and optimize the Tennr platform, ensuring seamless integration and client satisfaction. This role is focused on effective communication, problem-solving, and a client-centric approach.

Responsibilities:

• Build end-to-end automation solutions tailored to client needs.
• Maintain open client communication throughout the implementation.
• Conduct testing and quality assurance to resolve technical issues.
• Collaborate with technical support for escalated issues.
• Manage implementation incidents using ticketing systems.
• Become an expert in Tennr Fluent's features and capabilities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, or SQL) and workflows.
• Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and system integrations.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Prior experience in software engineering, technical consulting, or a similar role.
