Fullstack Engineer (Python, React)

About the Fullstack Engineer role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable, production-grade applications using Python and ReactJS/Next.js.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver MVPs and production applications under tight deadlines.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, adhering to best practices.
• Lead and contribute to technical discussions and architecture reviews.
• Implement unit tests for code quality and robustness.
• Deploy and manage cloud infrastructure using AWS or GCP.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven production experience with Python backend and ReactJS or NextJS frontend.
• Strong understanding of AWS or GCP cloud platforms.
• Experience with writing and maintaining unit test cases.
• Ability to navigate fast-changing environments.
• Comfortable working under tight timelines and Agile methodologies (Sprint or Kanban).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in cross-functional teams is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
