About the Role
EITB Global Infosolutions seeks a seasoned Full Stack Technical Lead in Chennai. You'll spearhead a development team, oversee projects, and collaborate with stakeholders. Strong MERN, PHP, and WordPress expertise is essential. Knowledge of DevOps and Azure is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead web application design, development, and deployment using MERN, PHP, and WordPress.
- Mentor the development team, emphasizing clean and reusable code.
- Collaborate with designers, QA, and cross-functional teams.
- Participate in architectural planning, code reviews, and optimization.
- Communicate technical solutions to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Manage databases, APIs, and integrations.
- Apply best practices in version control, CI/CD, and deployment (DevOps).
- Troubleshoot complex issues and drive continuous improvement.
Required Skills
- Core Technologies: MERN Stack, PHP, WordPress
- Additional Skills: MySQL, REST APIs, Git, HTML/CSS/JavaScript
- Added Advantage: Experience or knowledge in DevOps, Azure, or Linux.
- Soft Skills: Strong leadership, stakeholder communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving.
Nice to Have
- Exposure to Magento, Shopify, or other CMS/eCommerce platforms
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or CI/CD pipeline management
