About the Role:

Collate seeks a Full-Stack Engineer (Backend-leaning) to design and build systems and user-facing features. Focus is on backend challenges: APIs, services, and infrastructure. You will ship end-to-end features, define our technical foundation, collaborate with design and product, and shape user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and scale backend services, APIs, and data pipelines.
• Deliver production-ready features in collaboration with product, design, and AI engineering.
• Balance iteration speed with technical rigor for reliable scaling.
• Create internal tools for engineering productivity.
• Participate in on-call rotation for production systems.
