Full‑Stack Engineer (Next.js + Prisma) — ship fast, own end‑to‑end

We're building a next-gen fundraising platform that actually makes a difference. If you're all about shipping clean code, building end-to-end features, and creating real impact—this is your jam.

What You'll Be Doing

Own it all: Design the database, write efficient queries, build APIs, and create smooth, responsive UIs.

Security & Performance: Tighten up auth/roles, secure file uploads, and optimize for speed with caching and data tracking.

Delivery is Key: Keep things simple and clean with clear PRs, minimal testing drama, and smooth deployments.

Tech Stack You’ll Work With

Frontend: Next.js, React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, shadcn/ui

Backend: Prisma ORM, PostgreSQL, Redis, Node.js

Tools & Platforms: NextAuth (Google/LinkedIn OAuth), S3, Zod validation, PostHog analytics, Docker, Git

You’ll Crush It If You...

Know how to model data well, optimize for speed, and keep things from getting messy.

Care about those small UX details (like loading states, error messages, etc.) and keep your code readable and type-safe.

Can quickly triage issues in production and make the system more stable and observable every time you touch it.
