Full Stack Engineer

About the Job:
KushoAI is seeking a full-stack engineer to join our growing team. This is a chance to build and ship new features, work directly with enterprise customers, and help shape the future of developer productivity.

Responsibilities include:

• Designing, building, and shipping full-stack features using Python (backend), React + Chakra UI (frontend), and AWS (infra)
• Helping enterprise customers with onboarding, integration, and troubleshooting.
• Triage customer issues and turn patterns into product improvements
• Collaborating with founders to prioritize and deliver features on the roadmap
• Improving internal tools, developer workflows, and CI/CD pipelines
• Contributing to documentation, tooling, and support processes

Ideal candidate should have:

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack development roles
• Strong command over Python and React; experience with Chakra UI
• Experience debugging production systems and customer issues

Compensation and Hiring Process:
Interview rounds: Screening call → Coding assignment → Assignment discussion and problem solving round. Compensation: INR 15L to 25L per annum, subject to increase based on performance
