Full Stack Engineer

About the Role:

• Develop and maintain backend services using Java, Spring Boot, microservices architecture, and REST APIs.
• Build interactive front-end features with React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Design scalable, performant, resilient, and observable system components.
• Ensure high code quality through reviews, testing, and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, UX, QA, operations) to deliver features.
• Participate in architecture/design discussions and propose security improvements.
• Mentor junior developers and elevate team performance and standards.
• Work within agile/scrum teams, owning tasks end-to-end.
• Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and enterprise policies relevant to payment systems.
