Full Stack Engineer

About the Role

Credira is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to join our founding team in Bengaluru, India. This is an onsite/hybrid role, emphasizing in-person collaboration with flexibility. You will be instrumental in building modules end-to-end, working across frontend (React + TypeScript) and backend APIs. This is an excellent opportunity for someone excited about 0→1 product development in a fintech/AI startup focused on creating an AI-native, compliant, omni-channel collections platform for SMEs.

Role Responsibilities

• Build and maintain receivables dashboards and product UI using React + TypeScript.
• Develop and maintain backend services/APIs (Node.js/Python/Go).
• Implement accounting integrations (Xero, QuickBooks, Sage).
• Work on omni-channel messaging APIs (WhatsApp, Email, SMS, Voice).
• Ensure data security, compliance, and reliability in fintech-grade systems.

Required Qualifications

• 2–5 years of software engineering experience with strong experience in React.js + TypeScript (frontend).
• Proficiency in at least one backend language (Node.js / Python / Go) and solid understanding of databases (Postgres/MySQL) and API design.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, Docker, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with fintech, payments, or accounting APIs.
• Knowledge of event-driven systems (Kafka, Redis, webhooks).

Good to Have

• Exposure to MLOps/AI integrations.
• Prior startup/early-stage experience.
