Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer for our Dubai-based team to build the foundational web applications and backend services for our platform. You'll work across the stack to deliver high-performing, secure, and user-friendly solutions for a global user base. This is an opportunity to shape and scale a product in an emerging category, combining the rigor of fintech with the pace and innovation of Web3.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain frontend web applications using React / Next.js and Tailwind UI.
• Build scalable and secure backend services using NestJS.
• Work with and integrate Postgres / MongoDB databases and GraphQL APIs.
• Integrate third-party services, including payment gateways, secure file storage, and identity/KYC providers.
• Implement secure file management practices.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, engineers, and compliance stakeholders.
• Use ticketing or issue-tracking software.
• Conduct code reviews and apply best practices.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies, especially in Web3, digital finance, and secure app design.

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript, including frameworks such as Next.js.
• 2+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Experience with Tailwind UI.
• Expertise in NestJS.
• Comfortable integrating third-party APIs and services.
• Familiarity with issue-tracking tools.
• Experience with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases.
• Solid understanding of secure file handling and application-level security.
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS.
• Understanding of authentication methods such as OAuth and JWT.
• Familiarity with GIT, CI/CD pipelines, and general DevOps best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and experience working with remote and cross-functional teams.
• Bonus: Experience with blockchain/Web3 protocols, trading systems, banking/fintech infrastructure, or digital asset exchanges.
• Bonus: Exposure to Rust.
