Full-Stack Developer Trainee

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Full-Stack Developer Trainee to join our Technology & Operations Department at Bison Bank. This entry-level opportunity is perfect for recent graduates with a strong interest in software development and digital transformation within the financial sector. The successful candidate will receive mentorship and hands-on experience across the full technology stack, contributing to the evolution of our internal and customer-facing digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and maintenance of web applications and APIs using modern frameworks and technologies.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code across front-end and back-end components.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of code quality and development practices.
• Support integration with third-party services and internal systems.
• Help troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the stack.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and test new features.
• Contribute to the development of automated testing frameworks and tools.
• Participate in team meetings and provide updates on assigned tasks.

Academic Background:

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Professional interest in full-stack development and digital transformation in banking.
• Strong motivation for learning and professional development.

Relevant Skills:

• Proficiency in Python and/or other programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Java, .NET).
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, React or Angular).
• Basic understanding of back-end development and databases (e.g., SQL, MongoDB).
• Attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Sense of precision, organization, responsibility, and autonomy.
• Communication capabilities and teamwork spirit.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Fluency in English (Written and Spoken).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with secure coding practices and data privacy regulations.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Awareness of the latest trends in FinTech and digital banking.
