Introduction
We are seeking a talented Full Stack Developer with strong backend development expertise to join our team. You will design, build, and scale software applications for innovative, data-driven, and patient-centric digital healthcare experiences. You will work across frontend and backend systems to ensure seamless integration, scalability, and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable web and mobile applications.
- Develop, test, and deploy robust backend services, APIs, and database structures.
- Work on frontend user interfaces using modern frameworks to deliver engaging user experiences.
- Collaborate in an agile environment with designers, analysts, and product owners.
- Design and document APIs for cross-team and cross-system usage.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance.
- Contribute to CRM and other healthcare-focused product development initiatives.
- Mentor junior developers and ensure code quality and best practices.
Technical Skills Required
Frontend:
- React.js & React Native
- Material UI, Zustand, Redux
- HTML, CSS, LESS, SASS
- Typescript, JavaScript fundamentals
Backend:
- Node.js (strong expertise)
- Express.js
- MongoDB
- Web Sockets, Redis
- Next.js
- API design & development
Other Tools & Platforms:
- GitHub (version control)
- AWS (preferred)
- WhatsApp Cloud API
Eligibility Criteria
- 1–3 years of relevant full stack development experience with strong backend focus.
- Hands-on expertise in Node.js, MongoDB, and scalable backend systems.
- Exposure to frontend frameworks (React.js/React Native).
- Prior experience in CRM development is a plus.
