Full Stack Developer

We are hiring at Techesperto, a part of US based Taction Software LLC company. We are seeking a talented and motivated Full Stack Developer to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of professional experience and a strong command of the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node) with a focus on building scalable, high-performance web applications. You will be responsible for both front-end and back-end development, ensuring our products are robust, user-friendly, and maintainable.

Position: Full Stack Developer

Location: NOIDA, Uttar Pradesh

Qualification: B.Tech/BCA/MCA/Graduation/Post Graduation in IT & Computer Science

Experience: 2-4 Years

CTC Range: Up to 5.0 to 5.5 LPA

WFO: Monday to Friday

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using React.js and Next.js.
• Build and manage back-end services and APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate user requirements into technical solutions.
• Integrate data storage solutions, including NoSQL databases like MongoDB.
• Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code.
• Implement and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and reliability.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain high development standards.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Ideal Profile:

• 2-4 years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js, and its core principles.
• Proven experience with Next.js for server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG).
• Solid understanding of the Node.js ecosystem and asynchronous programming.
• Experience with building and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with database technologies, preferably MongoDB.
• Proficiency with Git for version control.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
