Full Stack Developer

Improvado is seeking a Full Stack Developer to join our team in Morelia, Michoacán, Mexico, and contribute to our high-load SaaS platform. This role involves enhancing AI-driven development practices, improving back-end and front-end systems, and collaborating with product and design teams to deliver impactful features.
Responsibilities include building and maintaining back-end and front-end components, improving AI-based development approaches, designing and implementing new functionalities, writing tests, collaborating with UX designers, optimizing performance, troubleshooting issues, participating in code reviews, and contributing to Agile development.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in Python (Django, asyncio), experience with AI-powered development tools, knowledge of databases (PostgreSQL, Clickhouse, NoSQL), experience developing REST services and front-end development (JavaScript, Typescript, React, HTML, CSS), experience with microservices and RabbitMQ, the ability to write unit tests, work confidently in Linux, and a readiness to work in a distributed team.
Nice-to-haves include experience with Redis, Amazon Web Services, Docker, Kubernetes, a Continuous Integration environment, and familiarity with Node.js, Redux, DDD, OOP and SOLID concepts. This is a remote-first environment, offering 20 days PTO, US holidays, and stock options.
