Full-Stack Developer

About the Role

Cashku is seeking a Full-Stack Developer in Greater Kuala Lumpur to build secure, scalable systems within a regulated fintech environment. This role involves managing stakeholder collaborations and shaping Cashku's core technology by building tools and integrations that help users manage their finances with confidence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage End-to-End Development & Integrations: Design, build, and maintain front-end and back-end components using modern frameworks. Develop APIs and integrate the platform with third-party providers and financial systems.
• Technical Ownership: Ensure high code quality, performance, and security, especially when handling sensitive financial data.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with teams and external stakeholders to translate requirements into technical deliverables.
• Testing & Documentation: Write clean, testable code and maintain documentation and version control.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for optimization, scalability, and automation.

Job Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field and have 3-6 years of full-stack development experience, ideally in fintech or a regulated digital sector. Strong technical skills in React/React Native, TypeScript, Redux, Expo, C#, .NET, Node.js, SQL/PostgreSQL/MongoDB, and APIs are required. Familiarity with Azure or AWS is a plus. Candidates should also demonstrate a strong understanding of data privacy, cybersecurity, and secure software development practices. Excellent communication skills and a passion for financial technology are essential. The position is located in Greater Kuala Lumpur.
