Full-Stack Developer - FuturixAI

About the Full-Stack Engineer Role:

We are looking for an on-site Full-Stack Engineer to join our team in Noida, Sector 2.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end feature development: design, build, test, deploy, and monitor.
• Data modeling and efficient Prisma schema/migrations on PostgreSQL.
• Build SSR/ISR apps in Next.js with clean React components.
• Design Node.js APIs (REST/GraphQL), including auth, rate-limits, and logging.
• Containerize with Docker and deploy to Kubernetes with CI/CD.
• Ensure reliability through tracing, metrics, alerts, and incident response.
• Profile and optimize: SQL plans, API latencies, bundle size, and memory.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 2–6 years of experience building production systems using Node.js and React.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and comfortable with PostgreSQL query tuning.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and working knowledge of K8s (Helm/Ingress/secrets).
• Experience with Prisma in real projects.
• Testing mindset and experience with Git.
• Solid web fundamentals (HTTP, cookies, CORS, caching, security basics).

Nice to Have:

• Electron app packaging/updates.
• Experience with TanStack Query/Table/Router in production.

Location & Timing: Onsite in Noida, Sector 2. Standard weekday schedule with occasional on-call for launches.

Compensation: Industry-standard base salary + performance bonus; ESOP potential for standout candidates.
