We’re looking for a talented Full Stack Developer with expertise in Python and strong knowledge of software testing. Additional understanding of C++ will be considered a plus.

Role Overview

As a Full Stack Developer at Done Mortgage, you will:

• Lead the development of secure, responsive front-end applications.
• Implement strong cybersecurity practices across systems and applications.
• Design and maintain backend components to ensure smooth integration.
• Collaborate with management to translate requirements into functional, secure solutions.
• Contribute to building high-quality applications with proper testing and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain front-end interfaces (React, Angular, or Vue) with a focus on user experience and security.
• Implement cybersecurity measures including data protection, authentication, and secure coding practices.
• Develop backend APIs and database logic to support front-end functionality.
• Ensure applications are scalable, reliable, and compliant with data security standards.
• Write clean, testable, and well-documented code.
• Create and maintain testing frameworks (unit, integration, and security testing).
• Continuously improve systems in collaboration with management and technical teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–3 years’ experience in Full Stack Development.
• Strong expertise in front-end technologies (React, Angular, or Vue).
• Knowledge and practical understanding of Cybersecurity frameworks, secure coding, and penetration testing basics.
• Backend development experience with Python (Django, Flask, or FastAPI).
• Database experience (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB).
• Familiarity with testing frameworks (Pytest, Unittest, Selenium).
• Additional experience in C++ is considered an asset.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Availability for immediate joining preferred.
