Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to join our team and build an AI-driven mental health platform. You will be involved in designing, developing, and scaling our application, working on both the front-end and back-end. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment. Your responsibilities include:

• Frontend Development: Build intuitive interfaces using React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Backend Development: Design and implement scalable APIs and microservices using Node.js, Java, or Python.
• Database Management: Develop and optimize SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MySQL).
• Integration & Deployment: Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
• Security & Performance: Implement authentication and authorization and follow best practices for performance.
• Testing & Debugging: Write tests with Jest, Mocha, or PyTest.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other teams.
• Innovation: Evaluate and adopt new technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in full stack or backend development, preferably in a startup environment.
• Strong skills in Node.js, Python, or Java.
• Proficiency with React.js and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or MySQL.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and CI/CD tools.
• Experience with API documentation tools.
• Understanding of Cloud architecture is a plus.
