Full Stack Developer

About the Role: We are seeking a talented Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications. You will work across the entire stack—front end, back end, databases, APIs, and deployment—ensuring a seamless user experience and robust architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Application Development: Build and maintain responsive web applications using modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React js Next js) and back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, ).
• API & Database Management: Design and integrate RESTful or GraphQL APIs; create and optimize relational or NoSQL databases.
• Testing & Debugging: Write unit and integration tests, perform code reviews, and troubleshoot performance or security issues.
• Deployment & DevOps: Manage CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Collaboration: Work closely with designers, product managers, and other engineers in an Agile environment.
• Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of codebase, APIs, and development processes.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript and at least one modern framework (React, Angular, Vue, etc.).
• Strong back-end skills in one or more of: Node.js, Python/Django/Flask, Java/Spring Boot, .NET, or similar.
• Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Solid understanding of web security, scalability, and performance best practices.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with automated testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Cypress, etc.).
• Understanding of UI/UX principles and accessibility standards.

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
