Full Stack AI Engineer

Eazy AI seeks an immediate-joining, onsite Full Stack AI Engineer at Whitefield, Bengaluru. The role involves developing the EazyAI platform, a plug-and-play AI assistant for conversational commerce. Responsibilities include building and maintaining the tech stack, from frontend chat widgets to AI-powered backend services, utilizing React, Node.js, Azure AI services, and AWS infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities: Frontend Development: Developing and maintaining MERN stack-based chat SDK and admin portal components. Building embeddable JavaScript widgets. Implementing responsive UI/UX for chat interfaces with real-time messaging capabilities. Backend Architecture: Designing and implementing Microservices APIs for chat SDK integration. Developing webhook systems. Implementing JWT-based authentication and HTTPS security protocols. Integrating AI models for chat and recommendations. Implementing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines using PostgreSQL. Developing personalized recommendation engines using machine learning models. Data & Infrastructure: Handling CDN deployment and optimization. Ensuring security best practices. Implementing analytics and funnel tracking systems. Managing AWS infrastructure. Developing data pipelines. Required Qualifications: 2-4 years of full-stack development experience with React and Node.js. Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, RESTful APIs, and webhook implementations. Experience with containerization (Docker) and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure). Knowledge of PostgreSQL, vector databases, and SQL optimization. Understanding of AI/ML integration. AI & Machine Learning: Experience with transformer models, RAG architectures, and multimodal AI systems. Familiarity with Azure AI Foundry, OpenAI APIs, or similar AI platforms. Knowledge of vector embeddings, semantic search, and recommendation algorithms. Understanding of model deployment, monitoring, and performance optimization. DevOps & Infrastructure: Experience with AWS services. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, and monitoring solutions. Understanding of security best practices, authentication, and data compliance. Experience with multi-tenant architecture. Preferred Qualifications: Experience building embeddable widgets. Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and conversational AI. Background in analytics. Experience with Redis caching, CDN optimization, and performance tuning.
