Frontend Software Engineer 1 - Accounting Integrations

About the Role: The Frontend Software Engineer 1 - Accounting Integrations team at Rippling is focused on automating financial data flow between core products (Payroll, Spend, Travel, Procurement) and external ERPs like NetSuite, QuickBooks, and Xero. This team builds the infrastructure for seamless, bi-directional synchronization between the Rippling platform and these accounting systems. Your work will be critical for enabling accurate accounting practices. As an SDE-I, you'll contribute to building scalable, reliable systems for automating financial processes (data sync, reconciliation). You'll collaborate with senior engineers, product managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful features. What You Will Need:

• Strong JS fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, React, HTML, CSS, and testing frameworks.
• Knowledge of front-end performance optimization.
• Solid grasp of computer science fundamentals.
• Ability to write maintainable code.
• Excellent communication skills.

Bonus: Open source contributions, competitive programming experience, or a strong CS foundation; experience in backend technologies like python, mongo; or SaaS product design experience.
